Explore the foundations of awareness, intuition, and personal power that shape your life.

You are the observer of your reality. No one makes a judgment or gives value to a given situation except for yourself. Life happens, and sometimes we feel like we do not have options or the ability to make the decisions that we would like. It is important to remember that personal power lies in knowing that your free will lies in your responses. Recently, one of my children was bitten by a copperhead snake, and once that event occurred, there were a variety of options as to how to respond. He has now had a full recovery. Many lessons were learned by all involved. My son was inspired to take up running. Now, he loves it quite a bit. Without the snakebite, he might never have explored running, which now brings him so much joy.
The short answer would be that intuition is your sense of knowing. It is accessing other ways of receiving information that are outside of the usual five senses that we use daily (seeing, hearing, touching, tasting, and smelling). Clairsentience (instant knowing) is an example of one type of intuition.
The seven chakras are located in line with the spine. The energy usually flows in the front and out the back. Each chakra contains energy and information relating to these particular aspects.
